Our interview process
Introduction call with talent acquisition team
30 minutes

In this call, we will meet each other for an initial chat to understand more about you, what you are looking for and how your experience can fit within our team. We will give you a brief overview of ALAIKA and how your role would look like beyond the job ad. We will also cover the basic HR questions such as starting date, salary expectations. Make sure you know your CV and have other relevant documents (transcripts, references) ready to send to our TA team after the call if you decide to continue with the application process.

Consulting work comes with longer hours and days, should the project require it. It is important to be aware of this when joining – it is not for everyone! You will find though that you are able to make strides in your career that may not be possible in a non-consulting role. In your interview, feel free to ask the team more about consulting life. It’s a people business, so there will be required travel to visit clients. Frequency depends on your project and client.
